My role is to show my clients how to utilize their surrounding environment to their benefit and get a great workout wherever they are. Lack of traditional weights or a full-scale gym is not an excuse to avoid working out. I don’t believe in excuses we all have them and they are only distractions we put in our own way. Life is not forgiving, particularly to those trying to justify inaction. Life is multi-dimensional, and that is how they need to approach it. This is my philosophy.

My Training Philosophy

I’d like to share with you my training philosophy. My training philosophy is exactly that; a philosphoy : philo- meaning “love” and –sophos meaning “wisdom.” Which is a perfect description in itself on my approach in training clients. I have a love for wisdom and and I am always learning new proven methods to incorporate in the programs I create.

As a trainer I believe in actual fitness, rather than just looking fit. Actual fitness is my #1 goal when training all of my clients. What I mean by actual fitness is that actual fitness incorporates stregnth, balance, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, endurance and of course the aesthic look most people are inspired by. Actual fitness is the only path to better health of mind, body and spirit.
