WHAT I DO

Hi Coach Amith here, for those of you that don’t know me I am a personal trainer and speed and agility coach here in the Long Beach area. I’ve been training youth athletes primarily baseball players, ages ranging from for 4 years now. We know our kids need an edge when it comes to competitive team sports that’s why agility training is key to improve overall performance and which also gives them the confidence to play at their best. During our sessions we focus on focus on flexibility, balance, acceleration, deceleration, stabilization, proper posture, core strength, endurance, power and speed. Once I train outdoors primarily at Stearns Champions Parknear the Traffic circle and Marine Stadium in Belmont Shores

CLASS SCHEDULE

I’d love for you to join us for a free session Saturday morning at 9:00 AM.
Class-sessions run approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
My availability is 12:00 PM- 5:00Monday-Friday and Saturday Mornings.

I love helping clients gain confidence and reach their goals. Helping people become stronger, faster more flexibile and balanced.With the clients determination combined with my individualized training plan they will meet and surpass their goals.
